How Our Egg Donor Compensation Program Works

To participate in our egg donor program and receive egg donor compensation, you must meet our baseline health and safety requirements:
- Age: Between 21 and 31 years old
- Body Mass Index (BMI): Less than 27
- Health: Non-smoker, drug-free, good overall health
- Cycles: Up to a maximum of 7 donations
When you have completed a cycle, our egg donor compensation program will provide you with $8,000 for your time and effort. We also have a referral program. If you refer another woman after you have completed a cycle, you will receive $200 when that friend completes her first cycle.

We complete the 15–20 minute outpatient egg retrieval under light sedation. You rest briefly, recover comfortably at home, and receive your $8,000 compensation.

No. Becoming an egg donor is 100% free of cost. All medical evaluations, fertility tests, genetic panels, prescriptions, ultrasounds, and retrieval procedures are fully paid for by VCRM.
How does the $200 Donor Referral Program work?
After you have successfully completed an egg donation cycle with VCRM, you can refer friends, family, or colleagues. Once your referred candidate completes her first donation cycle, we immediately award you a $200 referral bonus.
Can I donate more than once?
Yes! Qualified donors who have safe, successful cycles may donate up to a maximum of seven times according to ASRM clinical guidelines, earning $8,000 for each completed cycle (totaling up to $56,000).
