This program is specifically designed for intended parents who lack insurance coverage and require both an egg donor and a gestational surrogate. It is the ideal financial vehicle for same-sex male partners embarking on surrogacy.

Note: Agency matching fees, legal representation fees, and direct surrogate compensation are paid to third-party agencies and are not included in clinical clinic fees.

Couples choosing Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT-A) to screen embryo chromosomes are welcomed into the refund plan. In over 90% of cases, single embryo transfer (eSET) is performed to maximize live birth while preventing twin/triplet risks.

Gender Note: Patients enrolled in the 100% Refund Plan cannot demand a specific gender transfer (the healthiest euploid embryo is selected). Patients desiring guaranteed gender selection can pursue our standard fee-for-service program.
