Gay couples can choose PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy) to evaluate all 23 chromosome pairs of embryos from both partners prior to transfer. PGT-A identifies the healthiest euploid embryos, maximizing transfer success while preventing high-order multiple gestation risks.
